How much is an application?
FREE! Fill one out in our office or on the application on our website.
How do I schedule a tour?
Give our office a call or via email us a date, time, and move in month required with an application and we will schedule you a tour!
How do I pay rent/make any payments?
Currently, please submit cash or check/money order directly to our office or mailed to our office address at 1400 South Salisbury Blvd
When is rent due?
Rent is due the first of every month unless, previously discussed otherwise for special circumstances.
How much is security deposit?
Security deposit is the same amount as first months rent and will be required prior to moving in.
Are the houses furnished?
No, but we do provide free yard maintenance as well as free maintenance service calls. We have no problem helping to find furniture from our current tenants who plan to be moving out or graduating.
What are the utilities/sewer/trash? How do I receive this bill?
The utilities bill will be recieved from the City of Salisbury or the City of Fruitland depending on the location of your house. The wter/sewer/trash bill comes in every 3 months which will be mailed to our office which then we email a scanned copy of the bill to our tentants. The water/sewer/trash bill will NOT be required to be in the tenants name.
How do I pay the electric bill?
If you are paying the electric bill you will set the electric bill in you or your roommates name prior to move in and then the bill we be sent directly to your house. You will pay Delmarva Power directly. We do not accept electric bill payments through our office.
Are we pet friendly?
YES! We welcome all furry friends into our rentals! If you are looking to get a pet we require a pet agreement be filled out, a pet deposit of $200 and an additioanl $25 added to your regular rent a month.
How do I move in if the office is not opened?
If you plan to move in on a day other than Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. we would like to be given a notice to make sure the proper steps are taken for someone to be in the office to give you your keys.
What do I do if I need to make a maintenance request?
Give our office a call or email and we will put in a work order for you which means one of our maintenance staff will be at your house within the next two days to solve the problem!
