  • How do I pay rent/make any payments?

We are now accepting payments over the phone to all major credit card companies. You can also pay in our office credit card/cash/money order/ check. We accept all forms of payments. 

  •  How much is an application?

FREE! Fill one out in our office or on the application on our website.

  • How do I schedule a tour?

Give our office a call or via email us a date, time, and move in month required with an application and we will schedule you a tour!

  • When is rent due?

Rent is due the first of every month unless, previously discussed otherwise for special circumstances.

  • How much is security deposit?

Security deposit is the amount of your rent. We require you to pay at least half of the security deposit at the time of signing then the other half is due 90 days after.

  • Are the houses furnished?

No, but we do provide free yard maintenance as well as free maintenance service  calls. We have no problem helping to find furniture from our current tenants who plan to be moving out or graduating. 

  • What are the utilities/sewer/trash? How do I receive this bill?

The utilities bill will be received from the City of Salisbury or the City of Fruitland depending on the location of your house. The water/sewer/trash bill comes in every 3 months which will be mailed to our office which then we email a scanned copy of the bill to our tenants. The water/sewer/trash bill will NOT be required to be in the tenants name. 

  • How do I pay the electric bill?

If you are paying the electric bill you will set the electric bill in you or your roommates name prior to move in and then the bill we be sent directly to your house. You will pay Delmarva Power directly. We do not accept electric bill payments through our office.

  • Are we pet friendly?

YES! We welcome all furry friends into our rentals! If you are looking to get a pet we require a pet agreement be filled out, a pet deposit of $200 and an additional $25 added to your regular rent a month. 

  • How do I move in if the office is not opened?

If you plan to move in on a day other than Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. we would like to be given a notice to make sure the proper steps are taken for someone to be in the office to give you your keys.


  • What do I do if I need to make a maintenance request?

Give our office a call or email and we will put in a work order for you which means one of our maintenance staff will be at your house within the next two days to solve the problem!
